My New Year’s Resolution of adopting the 9:00-5:00 sleep schedule has fallen by the wayside. I think it’s been about two weeks since I’ve been early to bed, early to rise. Last night it was midnight by the time I turned out the lights….I was up at 6:38…… But I’m not giving up! I really want 9 to 5!

Breakfast: Fresh juice (5 carrots, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 green apple). I’ll never put grapefruit in my juice again. It made the drink quite bitter!…….Later, a bowl of Bear Naked Granola with soymilk (part of which I managed to spill all over the car on my way to the bus stop).
Still a lot of milk left though!
