My birthday was in February. But I am still reaping the benefits of having been born….
For my birthday present, my sister Erin and her husband Mike gifted me with a dinner made by a personal chef. This personal chef just so happens to be a personal friend of mine, which makes it all the better. Food prepared by hands you know, main ingredients are love and care.
A couple of weeks ago, Kate prepared my wonderful birthday feast. On the menu:
-Olives, roasted tomatoes, fresh mozarrella
-Spring salad w/ sweet lemon shallot dressing
-Mushroom, Spinach and Scallion Tart
We picked up our dinner at Kate’s and took it for a relaxed picnic in the park. Perfect.
