Breakfast: I had pulled out the juicer and was all set to juice, when I opened the fridge and found this….
Nothing!
What can I juice with ketchup, beer, and an apple?
Plan B: 2 slices of whole grain toast with crunchy peanut butter and agave nectar

We definitely need:
-fruit
-vegetables
-salad
-spinach
-steel cut oats
-soymilk
-figs & dates
-cereal
-Plus, I want to try out some new recipes this week. So perhaps some fun ingredients for that.
Fitness:
My big plan is to do a long-distance run at Town Lake, followed by some ab/cor work and Bikram-inspired poses. That’s the plan, the hope, the dream. We’ll see.
